Early registration, thru March 31st – $250 – participate in all business meetings, workshops, 5 meals and 2 receptions.
Full registration – $275 – participate in all business meetings, workshops, 5 meals and 2 receptions.
Guest registration – $195 – Only meals and receptions. No business meetings or workshops.
To register via mail and pay by check without incurring processing fees, download registration form and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Early registration rate is available thru March 31st.

Special hotel group room rate for Friday & Saturday is available thru March 31, 2022 ($105+tax.) Make reservations by calling the hotel reservations directly at (888) 728-3031 and ask for the “Texas State Association of Parliamentarians Special Rate”. If the special rate is needed also for Thursday night, please call Gloria Ramirez Contreras, Convention Services Mgr., Hilton Hotel at (210) 377-4612.

TSAP Needs Your Help!
At the convention each year, a sales table is provided so that attendees can quickly purchase and begin using NAP items like RONR book tabs, motion cards, and many helpful guides. The state of Texas allows TSAP to sell these items with no sales tax for only two days a year, making the convention the perfect time for it!
In order to provide as much member access as possible, we are looking for volunteers to help staff the sales table! Please email WoodwardLee@hotmail.com with your availability on Friday, April 29, or Saturday, April 30, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is a great way to get to know our attendees and to share with them which tools have been helpful to you! Thanks for your help!
