Bylaws
The document that contains the basic rules relating principally to TSAP as an organization. It defines the primary characteristics of the TSAP, how it functions, and certain rules which cannot be changed without previous notice to all members and a two-thirds vote.
A Bylaws Revision has been submitted by the TSAP Bylaws Revision Committee for consideration during the 2025 TSAP Convention, May 3, 2025 in Dallas. The text of this proposed Revision is linked here. Standing Rules
Rules related to the details of the administration of TSAP which can be adopted or changed upon a majority vote. These rules remain in effect until rescinded or amended.
